The Municipality of Lefkada joined the Recovery Fund for the implementation of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.Improvement of Road Safety in the Municipality of Lefkada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The project consists of one (1) main sub-project entitled: \u00abRoad Safety Improvement in the Municipality of Lefkada\u00bb (2.730.000\u20ac), which concerns the intervention on existing roads in places where road safety problems have been identified. The proposal includes upgrading of level crossings, asphalt paving at specific points, signage and street lighting. Also included is one (1) accompanying sub-project entitled: \u00abArchaeological supervision and rescue work\u00bb (\u20ac70,000), for possible related works that may arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. \u00abInterventions to improve the development dynamics in the town of Lefkada\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Act \u00abInterventions to improve the development dynamics in the town of Lefkada\u00ab consists of<\/p>\n\n\n\n six (6) sub-projects as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Subproject 1: \u00abDEVELOPMENT OF THE BEACH OF LEFKADA CITY - PROJECT SECTION AREAS B,C,&D\u00bb Budget: 7.800.000,00, type of subproject contracting<\/p>\n\n\n\n Subproject 2: \u00abDEVELOPMENT OF THE OLD SALT LAKE AREA OF LEFKADA CITY WITH THE CREATION OF HIGH FLOWERING AREA, SPORTS, ECOLOGICAL AND CULTURAL EDUCATION AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES\u00bb budget 4.200.061,61, type of subproject<\/p>\n\n\n\n Subproject 3: \u201cServices of Technical Consultant for the support of the Municipality of Lefkada during the implementation of the first subproject\u00bb Budget 74.400,00\u20ac, type of subproject services<\/p>\n\n\n\n Subproject 4: \u201cServices of Technical Consultant for the support of the Municipality of Lefkada during the implementation of the second subproject\u00bb Budget 74.400,00\u20ac\u20ac, type of subproject services<\/p>\n\n\n\n Subproject d: \u00abArchaeological rescue works\u00bb budget 150.000,00\u20ac, subproject type services<\/p>\n\n\n\n Subproject d: \u00abInformation actions\u00bb budget 37.200,00\u20ac, subproject type services<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Strategic approach for interventions to improve the development dynamics in the city of<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lefkada has the following objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n - To make the city and the island a point of reference and a modern attraction for locals and foreigners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. COMPLETION OF SEWERAGE NETWORKS IN THE LEUCADA MUNICIPALITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n This funding proposal concerns the sewage disposal of the settlements of Lygia - Karyotes, Nikiana - Bishop and Apolipina - Tsoukalades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The main project of the study concerns the networks with their pumping stations and the sedimentation pipelines, through which the wastewater will end up in the central collection well, in the area of the Wastewater Treatment Facilities of the city of Lefkada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The project study describes in detail the technical reports separately for each group of settlements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n SUM SUB-ACT 2: Cost of monitoring excavations and archaeological research<\/p>\n\n\n\n It includes the cost of monitoring the excavations and archaeological research, if antiquities are found, during the implementation of the Main Subprojects, which involve the supervision of excavation works by the competent Archaeological Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n SUM SUB-ACT 3: Cost of
