The Municipality of Lefkada joined the Recovery Fund for the implementation of the following:
1.Improvement of Road Safety in the Municipality of Lefkada
The project consists of one (1) main sub-project entitled: «Road Safety Improvement in the Municipality of Lefkada» (2.730.000€), which concerns the intervention on existing roads in places where road safety problems have been identified. The proposal includes upgrading of level crossings, asphalt paving at specific points, signage and street lighting. Also included is one (1) accompanying sub-project entitled: «Archaeological supervision and rescue work» (€70,000), for possible related works that may arise.
2. «Interventions to improve the development dynamics in the town of Lefkada»
The Act «Interventions to improve the development dynamics in the town of Lefkada« consists of
six (6) sub-projects as follows:
Subproject 1: «DEVELOPMENT OF THE BEACH OF LEFKADA CITY - PROJECT SECTION AREAS B,C,&D» Budget: 7.800.000,00, type of subproject contracting
Subproject 2: «DEVELOPMENT OF THE OLD SALT LAKE AREA OF LEFKADA CITY WITH THE CREATION OF HIGH FLOWERING AREA, SPORTS, ECOLOGICAL AND CULTURAL EDUCATION AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES» budget 4.200.061,61, type of subproject
Subproject 3: “Services of Technical Consultant for the support of the Municipality of Lefkada during the implementation of the first subproject» Budget 74.400,00€, type of subproject services
Subproject 4: “Services of Technical Consultant for the support of the Municipality of Lefkada during the implementation of the second subproject» Budget 74.400,00€€, type of subproject services
Subproject d: «Archaeological rescue works» budget 150.000,00€, subproject type services
Subproject d: «Information actions» budget 37.200,00€, subproject type services
The Strategic approach for interventions to improve the development dynamics in the city of
Lefkada has the following objectives:
- To make the city and the island a point of reference and a modern attraction for locals and foreigners.
3. COMPLETION OF SEWERAGE NETWORKS IN THE LEUCADA MUNICIPALITY
This funding proposal concerns the sewage disposal of the settlements of Lygia - Karyotes, Nikiana - Bishop and Apolipina - Tsoukalades.
The main project of the study concerns the networks with their pumping stations and the sedimentation pipelines, through which the wastewater will end up in the central collection well, in the area of the Wastewater Treatment Facilities of the city of Lefkada.
The project study describes in detail the technical reports separately for each group of settlements.
SUM SUB-ACT 2: Cost of monitoring excavations and archaeological research
It includes the cost of monitoring the excavations and archaeological research, if antiquities are found, during the implementation of the Main Subprojects, which involve the supervision of excavation works by the competent Archaeological Service.
SUM SUB-ACT 3: Cost of electrification
It includes the cost of electricity for the functionality of the individual sub-projects of the operation.
SUM SUB-ACT 4: Provision of technical consultancy services for the implementation of the action
«COMPLETION OF SEWERAGE NETWORKS IN THE LEUCADA MUNICIPALITY»
Πιο συγκεκριμένα αντικείμενο της σύμβασης του Τεχνικού Συμβούλου είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών εποπτείας, κατά την κατασκευή των κύριων υποέργων της πράξης “ ΟΛΟΚΛΗΡΩΣΗ ΑΠΟΧΕΤΕΥΤΙΚΩΝ ΔΙΚΤΥΩΝ Δ.Ε ΛΕΥΚΑΔΑΣ “, εφαρμογής των επιμέρους μελετών που έχουν εκπονήσει και τις οποίες θα κληθούν οι Ανάδοχοι των κύριων υποέργων να εφαρμόσουν, στα πλαίσια των οριζόμενων στο άρθρο 144 του Ν. 4412/2016.
